In the first part of the new permanent exhibition at Museum Schloss Kyburg, the castle building takes the center stage. For this purpose, the rooms have been radically freed from previous living and exhibition objects, allowing the chambers to take effect again. The scenography takes a step back and adapts to the spatial and content-related circumstances. Each piece of furniture is different from the other. Archaeological windows, numerous models and recesses describe the building history of the Kyburg and provide insight into the earlier life at the castle. The lighting was developed especially for the Kyburg in collaboration with Mettler + Partner.
